I think I have tried everything already. My phone doesn't ring

Can you hear the ringtones when you go into Settings >Sounds and Notifications and select a different ringtone?

On an o/g (or i/c) call can you hear the other person talking when using the phone in "loudspeaker" mode (also known as "hands free") mode?

If not this indicates that there is a problem with the speaker in the phone. This speaker is also used for the ringtones and notification sounds.

Have you tried using the phone in safe mode to see if the sounds work OK? If it does then a downloaded app is the cause of the problem. The trick is to find out which one.
