What do you mean by “ go back back to the floor “

Upholstery hose works can’t switch back to floors won’t spray or suck, only the upholstery hose works

sounds like there's a dirt or a something thick enough to block the suction pipe or the spray hose

can you try turning the entire vacuum upside down and shake . whatever’s blocking might slip down to the dirt storage
