My iPhone would flicker and become unresponsive occasionally- it would fix itself eventually and I could use it for up to a day before it flickers again.
However after powering it down in order to try and fix the flickering, my phone won’t boot up. When I force restart my phone, a pink line appears for a second, then the screen goes blank again.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Sounds like the screen has gone bad and needs to be replaced, if the glass is cracked or this issue occurred after drop it’s probably the screen.

After the screen goes blank, is it still detected via iTunes when you connect it to a computer? If yes I’d go with screen as said above.
