My laptop does not turn on!?
When I plugin the AC adapter to laptop, the green light on the adapter will turn off...... And my laptop dose not work..

Try to reboot in Bios menu and try to restore to factory settings and check whether issue is resolved, if yes the issue is with bios if not there must be over flow of current from charges end but for safety check in motherboard and battery too

Hi,
It might be a bad battery. Remove the laptop battery . Plug it in and then try to turn it on. If that doesn't work then try another AC adapter.

If the power indicator on the power connector turns off when you turn on your laptop then the problem is the motherboard. You should check the Dell website to see if your laptop is in warranty. The hard drive should still be good.
