Trying to restore device, Shutdown before it can finish error: (4013)

Hi, I recently replaced the battery in a iPhone 5s and now its stuck in DFU mode and when i go to restore it shutsdown before it can finish, and i've tried everything i know to fix it

Where did you get the battery from? I have fixed a few of these issues from customers that have tried replacing it themselves. They would grab there parts from Amazon or eBay usually. Those parts along with screens usually come defective. If you received the part from a good wholesaler then it could be something different going on.
