I've changed the time in my 2001 Volkswagen Golf TDI but it has also changed the temperature display from celcius to farenheit,how do I change it back?

Zoe, just my attempt at humor. Also a jab at my country for not going to kilos, the metric system, gallons instead of liters, miles instead of kilometers, inches, really for being a stubborn backward people
