Steam coming out instead of espresso

I got a second-hand silvercrest espresso machine, one that makes espresso + steam.

Nothing comes out of where espresso must come out. (yes a fraud... )

Instead, the steamer gives me hot water or steam...

Watch 05:04. It's the same machine. What happens to me is like 05:04. water/steam comes out instead of espresso. Nothing from where the espresso is supposed to come out.

Please help!
