Rainbow vertical lines when turned on
These lines show up for about 20 min then go away any idea what the problem is

May be a loose connection where when warmed up expansion occurs to create better contact.

@jmcubean could be an issue with bad caps or bad solder connections. Post some images of your boards with your question so that we can see what you see. Also, if you can post some images of what your panel first displays. Use this guide Aggiungere immagini ad una domanda for that. Most vertical lines originate with failure of the T-con board or the main board.
