SOL Republic PUNK Bluetooth Speaker Problem

I have a SOL REPUBLIC INC Punk Bluetooth Speaker. I use it a lot and last Saturday, I paired it with my Dell Laptop to listen to a movie.

Since then, when I pair my Samsung S8 phone for music, I don't even hear the power ON music neither the power OFF music when I shut it down. In fact I don't hear anything anymore (no sound, no music, nothing). The light goes on letting me know it's in use but nothing comes out.

Music from my cell phone can be heard on my Skull Candy Bluetooth Headphones and from earbuds but nothing from the Punk Speaker.

Can you help me please!

In your Bluetooth settings once sol is connected you will see a settings symbol all the way to the right of the connected speaker click on the settings will it will then have a few options such as media only phone only contacts only and so forth make sure that the media box is checked

Also another way to check to see if it is the speaker try pairing it with another phone and see if you have the same results...
