Settings --> Sounds and Notifications.
There should be a ringtone section.

There isnt. I have a BLU C6 2019, So when I go to settings there is an option called SOUND and VIBRATION. When you tap on that you have only the following choices:
General, silent,and vibtation, and thats only to chose one of those three and nothing happens, it just fills in a circle. NO ringtones anywhere.

Guest user is correct! There appears to be no way to change the ringtones on this phone!
To change the ringtone on Blu Advanced 5.5, go to Settings > Sound > Phone ringtone > Choose from file and find the ringtone you downloaded.
