I'm pretty sure from other posts that it is my Y circuit/sustain board - one of the capacitors. But I note there is a small subpanel on the back w circuitry beneath. I'm hoping it is located in that smaller section, otherwise the whole back panel needs to come off I bet. Can anyone confirm where it's located? Any photos ( LG DU-50PX10 Plasma)

@wjr I am a bit confused by your question. The Ysus board is located on the left side of the chassis. #209 in the illustration.

Yes you will have to remove the back cover. Once you are there, post some images of all of your boards with your question. that way we can see what you see. Use this guide Aggiungere immagini ad una domanda for that.
