How to install windows on my laptop

Im trying to put windows 8.1 pro on my laptop .. It had an android os on it and i finally figured out how to get in to the bios and get to the windows setup screen but it says it cant be installed on that partition 0. I think its trying to recover the old os but im trying to put 8.1 pro. What do i do?
