My washer is not working the control lock button is the only thing that is working it is beeping none of the buttons are working and I have my clothes stuck in it and I replugged it and it was making weird noises it is a whirlpool washer and I don’t know what to do

As mentioned, you've posted the washer brand name . The model name/number would also be really helpful to determine if its a 'front load' or a 'top load'.
That being the case, most washers will have a manual release to unlock the mechanism and allow you to open the door or lid.
The release is generally accessible from below the door lock, or on some models, from inside the soap dispenser housing.
Also, check for a small ring at the top of the front loaders that acts as a manual release for the door.
It should go without saying, make sure that the cycle is complete...any standing water could be a problem.
