My camera fell in water

Kubillas, first off when did this happen? Recently? Remove the battery and do place the whole camera in a bag of uncooked rice for a couple of days to dry out. Do not turn it on. There is always hope for as long as you let it dry thouroughly first and do not try to turn it on. I placed the service manual for to your camera on my file server and this should help to disassemble your camera and to clean the main board with isopropyl alcohol and to check for any debris and damage. After it has dried out and is clean of corrosion and debris, reassemble it and place a new battery before trying to restart. Good Luck.
