Cant turn phone back on

My phone was low on memory, so I decided to delete a game that I downloaded from the Play Store. After I deleted it, I decided to reset my phone and now it will not come back on. I can't hard reset it, nor can I get it to charge. I have removed the battery for hours and no luck. Before the problems, it worked perfectly fine, all buttons worked, screen not cracked or failing. I have no clue and need help. Please help.
