Open the case for the computer and look at the model number on the power supply itself. This will be the best way to guarantee what you get will fit and have all the cables you need for it.
If you need further help please give us the model number so we can do some searching for you.

The old E machines take a small power supply about 135 to 200 watt and a regular at or ata unit will not fit. If you are just trying to keep the old machine going get a regular 300 w and tape it on the out side of the case running the wires in the old power supply hole. But if you want one to fit inside give us the model number of the E machine and one of us will try to find you one. Let us know
