Not able to make or receive calls

Sir, can u help me please i bought a redmi note 4 two months ago and now from last one weak i am not able to make or receive call with any other number as i have active data plans and also the settings are set correctly. I also updated my phone but still the problem is same and i have to switch if on/off repeatedly to call on any number.
