O2 sensor wiring. I have a 98 truck

I have a 98 ck 4x4 pickup i just bought with a factory dual exhaust. Im getting an o2 sensor code, so i went under to check it out. Both downstream sensors are unplugged. In searching for where to plug them in, I found 1-6 pin connector tied up on top of the tranny not connected to any thing.

Question; is there a piece of my harness missing that goes from this 6 pin connector and splits into 2- 4 pin connectors for the downstream o2 sensors?
