Circuit Board is Missing Copperheads to Solder Back Capacitors

I was going to replace two capacitors and the copperheads that you solder them to fell off. I was hoping I can still solder this back. Any information to do so would be much appreciated. Thank you

@oldturkey03 Hi, thanks for helping me out. Here's a few more pictures of the circuit itself and the capacitors I am looking to replace. I also included the tv model number. I sure hope I can get this working for my friend.

@osk33 what you have here are missing solder pads. There might be a way of either bypassing those to the next component with some wire jumpers or you could try to repair them. Looks like the ground connections are totally missing but for any more detailed help you will have to give us the TV model number as well as the board number. You also want to post another couple of images of the back side of the board as well as the whole board.

@osk33 this seems to be your ASSY PDP MODULE P-Y-MAIN which would be a Samsung BN96-06519A (LJ92-01399A) Y-Main Board

@oldturkey03 Sorry I am still trying to get the hang of this site. I have included more pictures of what I am trying to work on.

@osk33 that is starting to help. Last thing I would need is a circuit board identifier any numbers on the boards etc will help in finding the proper schematic. Power supplies are usually manufactured by other companies and thus are not always part of the service manual.
