My laptop, msi gl62 6qf has no sound from both audio jack and internal speaker. this was repaired because of no power but after it powered on,there is no sound. the sound says its working properly. I already reinstall os and driver.

The OP says the BIOS has been flashed by a technician.

nahimic says its not supported. when the technician flash the bios. the original model of my laptop changes from gl62 6qf to ge62 6qc. does it has something to do with the sound?

MSI also says this: "Please follow below sequence to install driver. 1. Chipset, 2. Intel VGA, 3. nVidia VGA, 4. Audio, 5. LAN, 6. Card Reader 7. WLAN, 8. BT, 9. Touchpad, 10. ME, 11. USB 3.0, 12. Radio Switch, 13. Others"
