iPhone boot loop please help

So my Iphone,i bought from ebay had a booting problem where it would flash red then go back to the apple logo. I left it for an hour and it booted. But after i updated to ios 11. I download facebook, then i ran out of juice. Now it wont boot, i have tried to restore it but when it downloads ios, it does the red screen flash and it loses conection to itunes. Ive tried 3u but it also gets stuck at 19 percent after the red screen flash. Ive tried to boot it multiple times. It gets frozen at the red screen black screen or the apple logo. Also if i leave it long enough, the apple logo screen gets all glitched up. It has black diagonal stripes with green and purple "cubes"above the strip. PLEASE HELP ME

First, make sure you are working with a good, charged battery. Power off and disconnect battery and Disconnect the rear camera flex and the front camera flex. As for the bars on the screen, have you made sure to reseat the connectors for the lcd too? Make sure you haven't caused long screw damage by accidentally putting the wrong screws in the flex shield as well. then try a restore with nothing but lcd connector connected.
