All pages are blank, no apps or containers can be found.

So I have a tablet here at work that was brought to me with an issue. It powers on, works properly, has no issues with the display, and is running with Samsung SDS IAM & EMM. However, all of it's apps randomly vanished. It unlocks and shows the default background with the page indicator on the screen. I can go through all the pages and find no apps or containers.

How could this be fixed?
