The language some how changed, to I think Malaysia.

Model RCT6203W46.

Language some how changed. Don't understand it. How do I change it back to English. Also don't know how to reset to factory.

Assuming you have Android version.

1) Find the App icon that looks like a round gear (Settings) and tap on it.

2) Now find a round icon that looks like a wireframe Globe or a giant "A" (depending on the Android version. This is "Language and Input", tap on it.

3) Near the top you should be able to find the section that you change the language with.
