Screen popped up saying 'Stock Android has crashed', so I restarted my phone. Now my phone will not get past the MetroPCS screen. Any help? I've restarted it several times.

At 1.19 pause the video and you will see it says wipe cache partition do this and press the power button .This will clear the memory and allow for a clean boot if this gives no joy then follow the rest of the video and factory rest the phone but understand if you do a factory reset then you will lose all data . Hope this helps

Hi There,
First, Change Another battery and see if it passes the Metro PCs screen. If does good for you, If not then:
The software on your phone has corrupted. you might have to restore the software. Will recommend to take to a repair store or take it to Metro PCS and have them check it out for you.( I dont think so they will help you out but might give you a warranty replacement option).
