What is wrong with my rca Tablet

I had to factory reset my tablet as it was malfunctioning however now when I turn it on it just shows a screen asking the tome zone ,then tries to connect me to my Century Link wi fi ,this comes up as activation problem ,then it goes to a screen asking for my name and just gets stuck there ,what can I do to fix this,I am quite worried Suzie
