Power button and controller dont sync
My wireless controller won't sync w/console because power button doesn't glow even when using a cord

Sounds like you need a new battery. Replace it.

I have a cord for my controller also and it still doesn't work
Does't matter. It probably doesn't turn on without a battery, and a bad battery is the same as a non-existent one.
