Yes my HDMI connector went inside the GoPro use for flying drone 3dr solo for live view and it is fully loose inside rattling around more last came off the motherboard best way I can explain it can I fix that without replacing the whole motherboard or is it going to take some special skill and tools pull that one off

You will probably be looking at a very similar process to the one in this guide. The hdmi port itself will likely require exceptional soldering skills and the necessary tools to do so. Your best bet if you lack these skills is sending it to a local repair shop.
