No blue color from led

I've replaced the led, dma board led power board but no blue

The led gives bright blue with 9v battery but only get a flash on plug in.

Swapped the blue line power leads with both the green and red led, both of those come on with blue led power leads. Using and led per leads with the blue led only gives a flash of blue .it does not stay on.
