Won't let me download

Hi,

Can you access the internet OK from the phone?

If so, try updating the Play Store app. Open the app and the tap on Settings, scroll down to About Play Store (or similar) tap to enter and tap on Update.

If not, (and I don't know your phone) but try the following:

Go to Home > Settings > Apps (or Applications Manager) > swipe left until All appears near top of screen, then scroll down to find Download Manager. Tap to enter and then scroll down to find Clear Cache. Tap to enter and follow the prompts. When finished, go back to Home and restart the phone and then try to download.
