5 ipad will not turn off
customer brought me an ipad 1 gen, and will not turn off at all, is this going to be an issue with the battery not having enough juice to power the unit to operate properly?

So you tried the home + power button method? That usually means either power or home button is faulty. Is the iPad like frozen at the moment?
