just bought a RCT6213W87 DK, 11 Maven Pro and the touch screen does not work from the get go. Used the keyboard to get going but now cannot even unlock the unit on start up as the unlock drag does nothing. Is there a way to turn the touch screen on?

Return for replacement. Should be under warranty if it's new.
