focuscorporateclothing since you already tried a new battery, you will have to consider checking the board, Disassemble your phone, check all ribbon cables to ensure they are properly seated. If they are you do want to follow the trouble shooting flowchart:
This is for the J-510 model if yours should be a J-500 let us know so we can try and get you help with that as well.
