MBPscreen showing few vertical lines on the left when closing the lid

My MacBook pro starts to show some verticle lines when I'm moving my top lid down (while closing the lid down) these verticle lines are on the left side of the screen.

these are only appearing when I'm closing the screen or moving it down

Note: I recently got my MacBook screen replaced due to a stain gauge issue!
