After replacing my battery the earpiece and front facing camera are not working. I've tried taking it apart and putting it back together. Any help would be much appreciated!

Most likely you damaged your proximity sensor when you pulled the cable off the phone.
It happens even me as a tech doing phone repairs for over 5 years professionally. I still break these from time to time. Its a Easy and Cheap repair. You can get the part here for $5 http://www.mobiledefenders.com/catalogse...

disconnect the battery and check the proxy sensor make sure the fpc connection is right. The camera and and loud speaker are on one flex cable, that's probably your issue.

Replace the camera cable and see if it is OK. If a replacement cable doesn’t solve the problem, then the only other potential issues are the camera itself, or damage to the logic board.
