No longer taking the charge?
Where do I take it to get it repaired in or near Chicago? if not there, where do I send it?

@twopurse , Norma, Ensure that the charging terminals of the Gear and the wireless charger dock are free of foreign material, such as sweat, liquid, or dust. Clean the charging terminals with a soft dry cloth and blow the ports out with a can of compressed air. If able to try another compatible charger to rule out the possibility of bad charger, a computer can be also used to charge the Gear by connecting them via the USB cable. See 1st link below on charging. If nothing above works, you may have to contact Samsung for a suggested center/repairer in your area link #2 or do a search for(smart watch repairs Chicago).
