ps3(slim) fan problem(the fan is spinnig to fast)
My fan is spinning super fast, and the back air that is comming out is almost cold. What can I do???

well to be honest i am not sure that is really that much of a problem except maybe the fan will burn out quicker. but other than that it means that your fan is keeping your hardware components cool which is a good thing. Have you recently made any hardware changes to your system? or ever software changes. the best suggestion i have for now is to clean it. it may be spinning faster because there is a lot of dust on the inside of the machine. try to clean the inside with a dust blower or something and see if that helps. I hope that this helped you and your fan returns to normal soon

I already cleaned it and add a new thermal paste and the fan it's still spinning fast
It could be that the thermal paste on the heat sink has dried out and it needs to be applied again . I had a computer that was doing that so I took the heat sink off off the CPU on the motherboard and reapplied the thermal past now it's very quiet. Since consoles these days are like computers that could be it

Just restore file system and it will stop spinning fast
