Power button flash alert and video mic not working

I removed my logic board and now my power button won't work my video mic won't work and my led flash dont work. I have changed the cable then place logic board in new housing still no power button and the light turns on every time someone calls and stays on flash light don't work and when listening to music the light stays on help please..
