When i open the Gallery its shows "You need to connect a storage device first" what is this?

When i go to settings after that Storage , in that only Internal storage is showing where is Phone Storage?

I have same problem too. When I open the gallery, it shows ‘You need to connect a storage device first’. How can i solve this issue?
