How can I hide calls when phone is locked

Hello,

I would like to answer if it is possible to put a password on my phone when there are any incoming calls. As my phone sometimes gets a call while it is locked and anyone can answer the phone, how come is this possible? Can I hide and lock my calls to ensure that if my phone is locked, nobody can answer only after typing the password?
