My parrot ar drone is not displaying a wifi hotspot.

I have bought a drone a year ago, everything was working fine.

I didnt use it for 4 months and I wanted to fly it again. I turned it on and i got 4 red LEDs glowing on the propellers and it isnt creating the wifi hotspot.

I tried to reset it but that didnt work.
