Check first with a external keyboard if this work fine maybe the laptop keyboard is damage and you need change the keyboard of your Laptop for a new one. Verify in Ebay with the correct model and part number of your laptop and compare the photo with t your laptop keyboard before you buying and select the best price for you. Good Luck!!!

Rca is not going to give customer service! Certain keys on detachable do not work. All I get from rca is a run around. Keys have not worked from day one. Do not buy this viking pro product!

I have the same model and my middle row won't work on my keyboard..I bought it 3 yrs ago and this problem started 1yr ago with just two letters not working ,if I did a factory reset it was fixed...Today I had 4 letters across the keyboard not working..5 mins later the whole middle row badly e..I foolishly did another factory reset and now I can't even with into a network with the wireless password simp!y be wise the stupid keyboard has no middle line ..can't even type in my email address .??I' m typing this on a cr*p Fire tablet which also has a key partkeyboard from !&&* !
