Shutting down due to heigh temperature in every 10 minutes

My Tab is getting shutting down due to heigh temperature in every 10 m

i went to Authorized Sony VIGNESHWAR SERVICES they are telling there is no repair for this. you have to go for replace with mobile.

Plz tel me how to fix and i want tab only
