Replacement Audio Headphone Jack

Headphone jack has become loose resulting in sound loss/crackling in channels as headphone jack is flexed. Tried it with various headphones and same behaviour happens. Tried cleaning inside the jack itself but it has had no effect.

How do I replace the headphone jack - do I need to replace the whole motherboard, which seems a slight overkill? I can't find anywhere offering replacement headphone jack!
