Can I clean iPhone SE LCD with digitizer with Isopropyl or what?

I have fixed my iPhone SE from water damage and it turns on and all that, but the screen doesn't give me nothing. I saw on the back on the screen that their were som "water" marks or something. I actually tested the screen on my 5s to see if it worked and it did. The only thing was that the screen had like some water or other signs in the top of the display. After that a took it of and set it away a few days. Then I tried it a second time. Then it didn't work.

I then thought about cleaning the LCD/Digitizer

I used Isopropyl alcohol to wipe it but still it doesn't work.

My question is if I should have used Isopropyl alcohol to clean the marks of the lcd/digitizer, or done something else? I really don't know! Please help! (picture under)

The marks you are seeing are more than likely on the backlight of the LCD. Your LCD is a sandwich of a few different parts and the backlight is the very back part. There is a mirrored surface in there that often gets smudged when a phone gets wet.

Replacing the backlight is an option, so is replacing the display.

Using IPA is fine as long as its 99% IPA. Anything less doesn't evaporate as fast and can do more harm than good.

I did use 99.5% IPA back the LCD shield and it ruined it. It still works, but were I put the alcohol it is spotted when turning on the display.
