I have problem with the battery, so i've tried to turn on the device with only the power cable, but it wont boot. it is stucked in a preboot loop.

The device ist not running without the battery. Replace the battery an will work as it should.

While I have disassembled this before, its quite weird for it to switch on without the battery plugged in.
It's usually either a bad battery issue or software gone corrupt.
