Can you help me about this device?

I have a problem with samsung galaxy s2. It is not work i don't know the reason , it isn't charge or turn on maybe cuz the battery or the port ! anyways i saw some videos on youtube about fix it. almost remove capacitor and i removed it but cannot work it :)

I don't know why !!
