Why are my iPhone 5 screen colors tunring into green?

Hey Mario!
Without actually seeing the device and running a full diagnostic I can only infer that your LCD is experiencing failure of some sort most likely. Smartphone screens are extremely fragile in nature. Although it is common that a LCD screen is to blame, there are other components that could be experiencing failure too.
Reasons of Problems
Phone might be water damaged.
Problem is caused due to dust or dirt.
Connection of LCD with display on-board connector has become loose.
Any of the components of display connector might be faulty.
Dry soldering of display connector pins.
Phone has encountered any kind of physical damage.
I would recommend taking it in to a lic repair shop for a full diagnostic on your device.
