Dryer runs but will not heat up at all, no heat!
My maytag bravos quiet series 300 runs but will not heat up at all. No heat what so ever!
Side note, i recently had to have my power company come out and fix our lines at the curb after experiencing flickering lights and low power to appliances. it was at the same time as our lights started flickering that the dryer lost heat.
Could these two problems be related?
If not i have my multi meter ready and the dryer is disassembled. I was hoping the problem would be a slipped belt or something obvious..
I need some guidance on what to check and how to eliminate certain elements.
the belts were all intact and on their respective pullies during disassembly!
Thank you in advance for any and all help!!!!

@ronoppjr doesn't the 300 series have a diagnostic test mode? Have you tried that already? Hate to send you down a rabbit hole with to many possibilities. I added the page of the diagnostics mode as an answer because it cannot get added anywhere else:-)

I am having the same problem with our dryer. When we opened up the back panel to see if the belts were working, they looked fine. While we had the dryer back off and the dryer tilted forward we decided to start it and see for sure if the belts moved. when we started it, it started heating up fast and hot. So we closed it all back up thinking it was fixed, but no. I put a load in it and it did not heat up again. Does anyone have and idea what that could be? Thanks so much.
