Here is a pretty reliable source on ebay. The new digitizer even comes with adhesive on it so you don't have to worry about that. Also says it is an OEM Samsung part. It is also a pretty good price to. Hope this helps!
A little piece of advise about buying parts on ebay, make sure you read the full description and make sure they have a good return policy. Then test the screen before you seal it down to make sure the part is not defective.

This one is totally different than the ribbon cable I have. No numbers or names match at all.
