replace broken throttle cable

i have a toro lawnmower model number 20333, bought it in 2011. the throttle cable broke, this model has the cable run below the deck and is guarded off. Unfortunately I took apart the mower before i had the part and can not figure out where it goes. do you have a video or something that shows how to re-wire this mower?
